Our first aid course is our most accessible training session and is designed to provide the essential skills and knowledge for any emergency situation. This officially recognised course can be completed in a day and is ideal for office workers, construction staff, personal trainers, lifesavers, and much more.
Starting from $90, this six-hour course will cover everything from CPR through to basic emergency life support, and once completed, you will be considered a Level Two First Aider. We offer this course across eight locations throughout New South Wales, with each session undertaken face-to-face, ensuring no online learning.

Thanks to covering HLTAID009, HLTAID010 and HLTAID011, this first aid course is very versatile and suitable for a broad range of industries. It is often referred to as the Senior First Aid Course or the First Aid Officer Course and is designed to encompass the most common emergency situations.
After completing this first aid course, the certificate you achieve will be valid for three years. However, the Australian Resuscitation Council recommends you undertake a CPR refresher course every 12 months.
We believe that students learn best when seeing it face-to-face. That is why our course is undertaken in person, allowing you to learn in a fun and practical environment. The course will last for around five to six hours, and there is no need for online learning or prior knowledge before joining.
